Ground-Up Construction

Ironclad’s ground-up construction covers every aspect of your project. This conventional method of building from scratch can be done on an empty plot of land or with an existing structure that must be demolished and removed. Either way, there are typically four main stages of the ground-up construction process:

1. Predevelopment and Construction: Also known as the due diligence stage, this phase typically consists of site selection, engineering work, assessments, and permitting. Ironclad is by your side through all of these steps to guide decision-making and complete required tasks.
2. Development: Ground-up development prepares the site for construction once the project has been approved. Ironclad’s development services include surveying, excavations, utilities, water drainage, collection systems, and paving.
3. Construction: As your ground-up construction contractor, we manage and perform all tasks for your project. Our team ensures everything is built according to plans and maintains efficient scheduling.
4. Post-Construction: Ironclad schedules all necessary inspections, does routine quality control checks, and ensures everything is completed to your satisfaction before you begin operations at your new building.
